What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect your item's packaging upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package right away but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@ TheGrowingMart.com, and we'll handle the replacement or refund process.
